Warranty conditions of Eurostretch

At Eurostretch, we believe in the power of quality and durability. Our stretch tents are designed and produced according to the highest European standards, ensuring you receive a reliable and long-lasting product.

For this reason, we offer clear and fair warranty conditions. Should anything go wrong, we are here to help. Read below about our warranty terms and repair options so that you know exactly what to expect.

1. Warranty conditions

Eurostretch (Tentnet B.V.) provides the following warranty on its products:

  • Welded Seams: 2-year warranty on the welded seams of the stretch tents.
  • Start of Warranty: The warranty period starts on the day of delivery or, if applicable, after the installation of the goods.
  • No warranty is provided in the following cases:
    • Parts subject to natural wear and tear, such as zippers, straps, elastics, ropes, ratchets, tension straps, and loops. For these parts, we assess each case up to 1 year after delivery to determine warranty eligibility.
    • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions, such as wind force 8 or higher on the Beaufort scale.
    • Overloading of the roof, such as damage due to snow accumulation. The tent must always be kept free of snow.
    • Damage due to an unstable or subsiding surface.
    • Second-hand goods are not covered by the warranty.
    • Improper use or insufficient maintenance, including failure to follow maintenance and safety instructions.
    • Incorrect installation by the customer or third parties.
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications by the customer.
    • Careless use of the tent.
    • Failure to meet payment obligations.
    • Removal or alteration of brand identification marks on the tent.
    • Damage due to external factors beyond Eurostretch’s control.
    • Failure to report defects within the specified period.

2. Repair conditions

We are ready to assist you with repairs, both within and outside the warranty period.

  • Prior Coordination: All repairs are carried out only in consultation with Eurostretch.
  • Clean and Dry Delivery: Tents must be delivered clean and dry for repair. If not, the tent will be professionally cleaned (€ 4.50 per m²) or returned.
  • Costs for Warranty Repairs: Repairs covered under warranty are carried out by Eurostretch and returned free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for delivering the tent. Assembly costs are always borne by the customer.
  • No Fixed Repair Timeframe: Eurostretch is not obligated to adhere to a specific repair timeframe. Repairs are scheduled based on availability and warranty conditions.
